Due to ongoing demand and internal growth, we’re expanding our Web Development team and are looking for a Next.js / Vercel Developer to join us in Adelaide.

This role is ideal for someone who loves building clean, modern websites and web apps, and takes pride in shipping work that’s fast, reliable, scalable, and well-structured.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be working closely with our internal team across design, production and marketing, and your work may include:

• Building and maintaining websites using Next.js and React
• Deploying and managing projects on Vercel
• Working with APIs and integrating third-party services
• Producing mobile-first, responsive layouts that match design specifications
• Improving performance, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals
• Debugging and fixing issues quickly and cleanly
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to plan and deliver new builds and improvements
• Helping maintain clean, scalable codebases with strong development standards

You will be involved in real work from day one, with systems, guidance and support around you.

Must Have (Non-Negotiable Skills)

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be confident and proficient in:

• Next.js
• React
• Vercel deployments and environments
• Modern JavaScript / TypeScript development standards
• Building responsive UI and clean component-based layouts
• Git version control and professional workflows

Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded)

These are not required, but they’ll definitely help:

• Experience with mainstream CMS platforms such as WordPress
• SEO best practices and performance optimisation
• Experience working inside a fast-moving digital agency environment
• Familiarity with tools like Figma and translating designs into clean UI
• Strong communication and reliability (we value follow-through massively)
